Job Description:

We are seeking experienced ETL Testers with strong automation skills and a solid understanding of data platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SQL, Python-based automation, and a deep knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and frameworks. This role will play a critical part in building and enhancing a data testing automation framework, driving quality assurance for enterprise-scale data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and enhance the existing automation framework for data validation, ensuring seamless integration with client systems.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors to develop and implement new automation features.

• Design, plan, and execute both manual and automated tests for the Customer Data Platform.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders through proactive communication.

• Understand program objectives and articulate a clear roadmap for achieving testing goals.

• Lead the implementation of a scalable and robust data testing automation framework in collaboration with the onsite lead.

• Manage and communicate technical dependencies with the client’s technical team.

• Analyze client feedback and concerns, creating actionable solutions and timelines.

• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and key issues to Quali test and client leadership.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Data Testing, Test Automation, and SQL.

• Proficiency in Python for automation scripting and framework development.

• Solid knowledge of MS SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS, and AWS S3.

• Experience with ETL/ELT testing in data-driven environments.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in software testing.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Preferred/Good to Have:

• Experience with Kafka and PySpark.

• Prior experience in developing custom test automation frameworks.

• Good understanding of data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
