Job Summary

Seeking a Project Manager to coordinate complex application and identity-management integration initiatives, including planning, stakeholder coordination, testing, risk management, and adherence to technical and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans covering tasks, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource needs.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate integration automation activities across technical and application teams.
• Ensure automation aligns with technical requirements, logging standards, identity/security policies, and operational guidelines.
• Provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate integration touchpoints, workshops, and decision meetings.
• Document risks, issues, and recommended mitigation strategies.
• Oversee testing cycles for integration features, automation scripts, logging workflows, and onboarding pipelines.
• Coordinate user validation with application teams and technical leads.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, retention, and operational requirements.

Required / Desired Skills

• Experience managing complex application or identity-management integration projects.
• Experience with Azure-based identity platforms such as Azure AD B2C, B2B, or IAM services.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology projects with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong project scheduling, risk management, and communication planning skills.
• Experience with RFP/RFQ processes.
