Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Functional Test Lead to drive quality and testing excellence across Sales, Service, and Manufacturing Clouds. This role is essential for ensuring top-tier user experiences through robust testing frameworks and close collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional testing practices within an agile Salesforce development environment.
• Define and execute Requirement-Based Testing (RBT) strategies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive regression test suites.
• Conduct test planning, design, and execution for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Manufacturing Clouds.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including international development partners.
• Use Jira X-Ray for test management, issue tracking, and reporting.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in QA processes across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in software QA, with strong expertise in Salesforce functional testing.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Manufacturing Clouds.
• Proficiency with Jira X-Ray and Requirement-Based Testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in building regression frameworks from the ground up.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile environments with global teams.
