Job Summary:

We are looking for a SharePoint Workflow Specialist to assist in the migration and modernization of workflows as part of a transition to the Government Community Cloud (GCC). This role involves working with SharePoint 2010 workflows, InfoPath forms, and Power Automate to convert legacy workflows into modern solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless functionality in the cloud environment, following SharePoint best practices and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document current SharePoint 2010 workflows and InfoPath forms during the Discovery Phase.
• Migrate and modernize existing SharePoint workflows, converting them to Power Automate flows where needed.
• Ensure all migrated workflows meet project standards and are free from defects, with evidence of successful quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Remediate any issues post-migration to maintain functionality and improve user experience.
• Collaborate on SharePoint certification processes and governance documentation for standardized workflow practices.
• Design and implement user-friendly workflows that align with site certification processes, compliance, and best practices.
• Create and provide training sessions and documentation on workflows for end users and Site Owners.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience with SharePoint Workflow 2010 and InfoPath.
• Expertise in Power Automate for building and modernizing workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Migration tools approved for Government Community Cloud, including Sharegate, MetaLogix, Microsoft Migration Tool, and Kudzu.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Server, SQL Server, SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for SharePoint workflows and state/federal accessibility guidelines.
• Experience in creating governance documents for workflow management and standardization.
• Experience in guiding executive leadership on workflow design and presenting recommended solutions.
• Strong understanding of permissions and access remediation to ensure consistent and secure workflows.
• Proven track record of maintaining zero-defect standards in workflow migrations through rigorous QA and UAT processes.
