🚀 Position Name: Web Business Systems Analyst (Web-BSA)
📍 Location: Arden Hills, Minnesota (HYBRID - No Remote / No Relocation)
📅 Employment Type: Contract

Are you a Web Business Systems Analyst with 8–10 years of experience in Custom Web Application Development and Order Management? We're looking for someone like you to join our team in a hybrid role (2 days onsite per week).

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Gather and facilitate requirements from internal and third-party teams
Write and execute test plans (Functional, Integration, E2E, Regression)
Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, functional design documents, and process flows
Perform data mapping, table design, and API integration using JSON/XML
Integrate custom web order management systems with back-end ERP (preferably JDE)
Write and run medium-to-complex SQL queries
Collaborate across BSA, QA, and development teams in an Agile environment
Conduct demos and UAT with business stakeholders

🛠️ Tech Stack / Tools:
SQL, SOAP/POSTMAN, Mural, Visio, Excel
Agile & Azure DevOps experience is a plus
Bonus if you have experience with JD Edwards 9.2, AgGateway XML, or Chem eStandards

💼 Nice to Have:
UX collaboration experience
Knowledge of EDI, Sales & Distribution modules
